On the 9th of this month, the Korean Business Women’s Federation (President Jang Yoon Jung) and Small and Medium Business Administration (Director Hong Suk Woo) held the 13th Business Women’s Day at the Millennium Hilton Hotel Seoul and awarded the Government’s Awards to 52 people, including model business women, laborers and persons of merit, for supporting business women. The Bronze Tower Industrial Award, Industry Award, President’s Award, Prime Minister’s Award, and Government’s Awards were awarded on this day. Jin Duk Soo, CEO of Daehong Mill Tech, received the Bronze Tower Industrial Award in recognition of his contribution to economic revitalization. Park In Sook, CEO of Dongwon Technology, was awarded the Industry Award. Cheon Soo Hye, CEO of Orient Shipyard, Lee Hwa Ja, CEO of Ilwoon Environmental Industry, Choi Seung Ok, CEO of KIBO Steel, and Sung Ki Young, Deputy General Manager of KBS received President’s Awards.
More than 500 relevant figures, including women members of the National Assembly, women business leaders and heads of women's business groups, attended this ceremony.
